Dean Love is an accomplished defense and technology executive with over a decade of service supporting the U.S. special operations community. An 11-year U.S. Navy veteran, he brings deep operational insight and programmatic expertise across weapons systems, emerging technologies, and advanced capabilities.

Following his military service, Dean spent seven years with the PMS-340 program office, where he led high-impact portfolios spanning weapons, munitions, unmanned systems, and scalable effects. He later transitioned to industry as a Program Manager at one of the largest military shipbuilding companies, driving significant growth and expanding program scope, culminating in nearly $170 million in revenue generated in his final year.

Dean recently served as Director of Emerging Technologies at ManTech International, where he led innovation initiatives focused on delivering mission-ready solutions and maintaining technological superiority for special operations forces. His career is defined by strategic leadership, operational relevance, and a commitment to advancing capabilities that provide decisive battlefield advantage.

Christopher (Gus) Jennings is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) with 21 years of service, including 12 deployments across four military campaigns in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

A specialist in U.S. and foreign weapon systems, Chris has extensive expertise in modern and historical military technology. A lifelong history enthusiast, focusing on the evolution of warfare and its impact on strategy and innovation.

When not studying military history, he embraces the battlefield in a different way—as an amateur medieval cage fighter in Armored Mixed Martial Arts (AMMA), blending historical combat with modern competitive intensity.

Christopher 'Gus' Jennings

Michael (Rod) Rodriguez is veteran Marine Critical Skills Operator (Raider) with 17 years of service, 25 years working in Special Operations, with Multiple deployments around the world and served in multiple combat theaters. He started Marine Corps life as an infantry assault man, later a Reconnaissance Marine and plank owner of the Marine Raiders. Rod has an innate ability to quickly assess operational environments and develop a plan to achieve mission success.

A lifelong adrenaline junkie, Rod is drawn to anything that gets the heart racing. He has a deep passion for U.S. and foreign military weapons and history. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, often finding peace aboard a boat off the coast of Marathon Key, Florida. A dedicated Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan, Rod credits his father, Jose Rodriguez, as his hero and his older brother, Erik, as his closest mentor and advisor.
